The 2018 Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards happened on Monday night.
The ceremony is held to acknowledge those who perform best at a variety of fashion categories.
Supreme won the award for Menswear Designer of the Year, beating out fellow nominees Virgil Abloh for Off-White, Thom Browne, Tom Ford, and Raf Simons for Calvin Klein.
Founder James Jebbia was appreciative of the honour despite never considering the clothing line to be “a fashion company or myself a designer."
