It has been announced that Iceland and B&M are the latest retailers to sign up to SEGRO’s Slough Trading Estate, both taking a 15-year lease at Montrose Avenue, just off Farnham Road.

Iceland Foods will be occupying an 8,200 sq ft unit, whilst B&M will occupy a 24,000 sq ft unit.
Regional director for SEGRO’s Thames Valley, Paul Lewis, said: “We are pleased to have completed another build to suit development to meet the precise requirements of our customers and are pleased to welcome two further leading retailers to the estate.”

Other brands on the estate include Pets at Home, Selco, Wickes, Poundland, Staples, Sainsbury’s, KFC and McDonald’s.
