Sephora to close stores to give staff diversity training

Sephora is closing all of its 400 US stores for an hour of diversity training after RnB star SZA said that she was targeted while shopping at a branch in California.

According to SZA, an employee called ‘Sandy’ had called security at the store ‘to make sure that she wasn’t stealing’.

The company told Reuters that although they where aware of the incident with SZA, the training being held was not in response to the event.
