It has been reported that Flannels will be opening its first store in Scotland this spring.
The 756 sq m store will offer a variety of footwear and accessories as well as luxury and premium designer clothing.
A spokesperson for Flannels said: “With constant footfall and a strong reputation, Silverburn is the perfect place for our debut site in Scotland. We are excited to share our collection of fantastic designer brands and continue our success across the UK.”
Currently the company has 13 stores across the UK and are planning to open five more UK shops including a London flagship, selling brands such as Jimmy Choo, Moncler, Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana.
UK commercial director at Silverburn operator Hammerson, Iain Mitchell, commented: “This recent signing clearly reflects the increasing attraction for high-end brands, whilst firmly cementing Silverburn as the region’s number one retail and leisure destination.
