Supermarket chain Sainsbury’s have announced plans to trial the sale of Patisserie Valerie products in store, with the items being sold within the luxury cakes brand’s own packaging. The supermarket will also be expanding its trial with Sushi Gourmet brand, after a finding success with the already existing locations in 20 stores. Paul Mills-Hicks, Sainsbury’s food commercial director noted, “These two trials are great examples of how we’re maximising our space to offer customers choice and convenience.”
