The Johnson Services Group (JSG) have made the decision to sell their dry cleaning brand, Johnson Cleaners, as an aid in paying an additional £1.5m deficit contribution to its pension scheme.  Shoe repair brand, Timpson have agreed to acquire the business for £8.25m, it has been announced. Johnson Cleaners posted a £200,000 loss in 2012, prompting the company to shut down some unprofitable stand-alone stores and focus more on their units within locations such as Waitrose and other stores in a close vicinity to supermarkets.
