Reiss has named Christos Angelides as its new chief executive. Mr Angelides has 30 years multichannel retail experience including 28 years at Next where he was group product director. From 2014, he was based in the US as president of Abercrombie and Fitch.
Founder and chairman of Reiss, David Reiss said: "I am delighted that Christos has agreed to lead Reiss going forward and look forward to working closely with him in order to ensure an orderly succession. He brings significant retail experience which will be invaluable as Reiss grows into a truly global fashion brand."
In a second appointment, Andy Lawrence has joined Reiss as head of international. Mr Lawrence was previously at Ralph Lauren where he held a series of senior roles.
The new appointments follow strong trading for Reiss in the six-week period to January 7th when total sales rose by 19.7% year-on-year.
