Health retailer Holland & Barrett has been honoured with the Queen’s Award for International Trade in a ceremony which took place last week.

Presenting the award to Peter Aldis, chief executive was Timothy B Cox, Lord Lieutenant of Warwickshire and a staff audience of 350 at its Nuneaton head office.

Holland & Barrett will now display the emblem on products such as stationery, staff uniforms, advertising and packaging across the UK and internationally as well as fly the Queen’s Award flag from its headquarters for the next five years.

Commenting, Aldis said: "We are honoured to be presented with this, the most prestigious award for businesses in the UK.”
