High street value fashion retailer PEP&Co has brought forward its Christmas recruitment plans, which include creating over 100 temporary jobs in stores, beginning this week.

The chain, which launched last year, recently appeared in the TV series Bargain Shop Wars, which saw an increase in footfall to its stores and traffic to its website.

In addition to the temporary Christmas roles, the company is looking to create approximately 150 jobs in the autumn when it plans to open another 10 to 15 stores across the UK. The openings are part of plans to increase the estate by 35 stores over the next 12 months.
