It has been announced that Beatrice Lazat is to become the new human resources director at Kering, the group that owns luxury brands including Stella McCartney, Gucci and Alexander McQueen.

Reporting to managing director, Jean-Francois Palus, Ms Lazat will join the company on the 3rd March as a member of the group’s executive committee and will be responsible for the development of its HR policy.

Replacing Belen Essioux-Trujillo, Beatrice Lazat has previous experience with luxury brands such as Chanel and Christofle, then spending 20 years at L’Oreal were she most recently worked in Shanghai as human resources director for the Asia-Pacific region.
