It has been revealed that Kate Seljeflot has joined coffee retailer Costa as its new HR director.
Starting last week, Ms Seljeflot who reports to managing director Dominic Paul, has replaced Jo Bennett who retired at the end of September.
Ms Seljeflot will oversee employee related issues as well as executive talent appointments, resource planning, recruitment and training.
Commenting, Dominic Paul said: “We are delighted to announce Kate as our Global HR Director. She will be a driving force in the continued expansion of our workforce at a highly progressive time.”

Costa has also hired a new global talent director, Priya Farish and will report to Kate Seljeflot.
