New company name for Cotswold Outdoor and Snow & Rock Group

Cotswold Outdoor and the Snow and Rock Group have publicized a company name change following its recent acquisition by PAI Partners.

The trading structures of Cotswold Outdoor, Snow & Rock, Cycle Surgery and Runners Need now exist as one single legal entity called Outdoor and Cycle Concepts. This follows the recent acquisition of the three retailers by Cotswold Outdoor’s parent company, The AS Adventure Group, which is owned by PAI Partners.

Working alongside its existing Cotswold Outdoor brand, The AS Adventure Group will work with Snow & Rock, Runners Need and Cycle Surgery to develop customer propositions across multi-activity categories to become the largest outdoor group in the UK with a combined turnover of £210 million.
