Gillian Kent has been appointed as a new non-exec director of Mothercare and will serve on the Audit and Risk and Nomination Committees.
Ms Kent was chief executive of real estate portal Propertyfinder until its acquisition by Zoopla, and has also spent 15 years with Microsoft including three years as managing director of MSN UK.
She currently holds non-executive director roles at National Accident Helpline Group, Pendragon, Ascential, Coull and No Agent Technologies.
