Drinks firm Fever-Tree has said that global demand has boosted its profits to £16.8 million in the year to December 31st 2015, up from £2.5 million the year before.
Executive deputy chairman Charles Rolls said that the success of the firm was due to customer demand for premium mixers to complement premium spirits such as gins.
Tim Warrillow, chief executive of Fever-Tree, added that "2015 was an exceptional first full year for Fever-Tree as a public company”. The company, which is celebrating its 10th year, has supplier deals with airlines Easyjet and British Airways as well as supermarket Marks and Spencer.
