Fashion retailer Missguided will be launching a new refer-a-friend scheme this week.
Working with Mention Me, Missguided will be giving customers a platform where they will have the opportunity share their positive experiences of the brand as it looks to drive new customer acquisition.
This means that when Missguided's customers talk about their latest purchase they can then tell their friends to enter their name at the checkout to receive an offer.
Head of CRM at Missguided, Nicola Fox said: "We are constantly looking at how we can engage with our customers in their online journey. Having recently launched online reviews, referrals are the obvious next step to capitalise on our positive brand sentiment."
Chief executive of Mention Me, Andy Cockburn said: "Missguided has a loyal engaged customer base, so referrals should naturally form a growing part of their marketing mix.”
