Marks & Spencer have appointed their new director of M&S Bank

Marks & Spencer have appointed Kirsty Ward to the new position of director of M&S Bank and Services.

Kirsty will join M&S on the 19th November and will be responsible for the retailer’s M&S Bank and M&S Energy businesses. She will be reporting to Mel Smith, the retailer’s strategy director.

Smith said: “M&S Bank and M&S Energy are great opportunities for us to reach more customers with the trusted M&S brand and Kirsty’s appointment will give us greater focus on growing these important parts of our business.”
