Marks & Spencer has launched a partnership with Billingsgate Seafood School which will see the launch of a series of initiatives to help educate chefs, catering professionals and pupils about sustainable fish.
Hannah Macintyre, fisheries and aquaculture manager with M&S, added: “Billingsgate has an unparalleled reputation for developing skills in seafood preparation and cooking, and we’re delighted to be working in partnership with them.
