M&S have appointed Katie Bickerstaffe and Pip McCrostie as the new non-executive directors as they embark on their transformation programme.
M&S said "Bickerstaffe will bring a deep understanding of retail and operations, as well as experience in marketing, people, property and as a non-executive director, to M&S as it embarks on the first phase of its transformation programme."
Pip McCrostie is currently a non-executive director of Inmarsat and was a member of EY’s global executive team, acting as global leader of corporate finance, one of EY’s four global businesses. During her time with EY, she played key roles in major transactions in the US and Europe.
