Cosmetics company Lush have announced that it is currently considering its options abroad due to the uncertainty regarding the government’s policies for Brexit. 20% of the company’s employees do not currently hold British citizenship, who have subsequently been described as “suddenly felt unwelcome and understandably upset”. The company have moved to alleviate these fears by offering these employees roles in its new German factory. 80 members of the staff have in fact taken up this offer and moved to Dusseldorf to work.
