Beauty giant L'Oréal has appointed company stalwart Vismay Sharma to head up its UK and Ireland division. Having worked for the company for 20 years around the world, Mr Sharma will take up his new position in July. His predecessor, Michel Brousset, is being promoted to president of the consumer products division in North America.

Mr Sharma commented: “L’Oréal is an iconic market-leader in the UK and Ireland, and as our fourth largest subsidiary, is one of our most mature businesses. This brings a unique set of challenges and I am confident we will continue to go from strength-to-strength.”
