John Lewis have launched a new after-hours private shopping service at their new store in Cheltenham.

The service will only be available to shoppers whose bill tops a whopping £10,000.

The service will mean that shopper will have access to staff after hours to serve them.

“Previously the reserve of exclusive boutiques for the famous few, this autumn in Cheltenham, with the help of our army of expertly trained partners, we are bringing the intimacy, luxury and magic of personal shopping to the high street”, said John Lewis director of customer experience Peter Cross.

John Lewis has launched a number of new services, including experience desks, which will allow customers to have appointments booked for them for beauty treatments.

They also launched Shopping List which will enable customers to book appointments with sales assistants to aid them in shopping for specific gifts.
