Ikea has chosen Bromley to launch a second Planning Studio format store.
The first store in this format was launched on Tottenham Court Road in October.
The store will be situated in a former Mothercare and Early Learning Centre site on Bromley High Street, and will focus on offering a dedicated service to help customers plan bedrooms and kitchens.
It will span over 900 square metres, and will include plenty of space for customers to browse, plan and order their new bedroom or kitchen. It will also include displays of bedroom furniture that customers can order online.
Jane Bisset, IKEA London city centre market leader, said: “The opening of our new Planning Studio in Bromley will mark the next exciting step in our city centre approach. Following the successful launch of our first Planning Studio on Tottenham Court Road, we are committed to giving customers the choices they need and understand the role we can play in helping people plan bigger projects in the home.”
