House of Fraser have taken their website down following a dispute over payment with its warehouse operator.
House of Fraser has now posted the following message on its website: “We’re currently working hard to make some improvements to the website. Don’t worry, we will be back up and running as soon as possible. While we’re otherwise occupied, check out our social channels below to see what we’ve been up to.”
According to The Guardian, problems arose after XPO Logistics paused order processing for House of Fraser at its Milton Keynes and Wellingborough warehouses.
The move has led to multiple customer complaints about failed or delayed deliveries.
