Hornby has announced its new range of products for 2016 which will be presented at toy fairs around the world and will include London, Nuremberg and Hong Kong and the company has said that it will not disappoint.
New products will include highly detailed train sets, with new buildings and accessories including the well-known miniature world of Skaledale model railway buildings and accessories, as well as a range of battery-operated trains which will be aimed at kids ages 5-8.
Also celebrating this year is Corgi’s 60th anniversary and they will be producing new and specially created models, including Classic Thunderbirds models which will be based on the original TV programme.
Chief executive officer, Richard Ames, said: "We will be showcasing an exciting array of new products at toy fairs around the world in the coming weeks. We look forward to engaging with our customers, fans and followers at these events and letting them know what we are working on. Hornby is developing a really interesting range of new concepts for the next generation of fans, while our core collector market continues to enjoy our well-loved brands."
As well as nearly 300 new items, Hornby has also announced that it is producing its first Hornby Handbook which is jammed full of exclusive news and information about the new range. Customers can purchase the handbook now via the Hornby website.
