Healthcare retailer Holland & Barrett is rolling out an ‘order in store’ concept to all of its 700 stores following a successful trial.
The roll-out is part of a strategy to improve the brand’s omnichannel offering, having introduced a next day click and collect service in August.
It allows customers to browse the entire range of products from any store in the UK and order to another store, Parcel Shop or their home.
