Fashion brand Gant has opened its new concept store on Regent Street, a location that will become its flagship store. The new, 7800 sq ft premises is directly opposite its old store and is based around the concept of “never stop learning”, with a strong emphasis on its multichannel operations. This concept is expected to be rolled out to all of its other stores in the UK.

Managing partner at retail property advisors CWM, which assisted Gant with the new stores lease, Scott Murdoch said: “We’re pleased we were able to secure a new lease for Gant as well as a substantial premium for surrendering its existing lease back to The Crown Estate.

"The new store is in a better location on Regent Street and well positioned to service the high volume of shoppers passing by.”
