Fenwick, has appointed Robbie Feather as its new chief executive. Due to take up his position in January, Mr Feather has worked with Sainsbury’s since 2011 with his most recent role being commercial director of Argos.
Fenwick non-executive chairman, Richard Pennycook said: ‘I’m delighted that Robbie has decided to join Fenwick. He brings with him an intuitive understanding of retail, the drive and creativity of an entrepreneur and a proven track record in leadership. He arrives at a key point in the development of the Company and I wish him every success.”
Fenwick recently announced plans to invest £55 million in the business over the next three years. This will include an investment of £30 million in its regional flagship store in Newcastle and £25 million in developing its multichannel offer.
