Peter King has been announced as the new group finance director at department store Fenwick.

Qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG, Mr King is the ex-managing director of The Fragrance Shop and worked his way up to this role in 2014 as he started out as group finance director back in 2009.

As well as a new group finance director, Fenwick will also be opening its 11th store on 15th September in Colchester, after a two and a half year redevelopment of Williams & Griffin and costing £35 million. The redevelopment will expand its footprint to 120,000 sq ft making it the biggest department store in the region.
