Dunelm has confirmed that Rachel Osborne has stepped down from her role as a non-executive director of the company.
The move is due to her recent endeavour as chief financial officer of Debenhams.
Andy Harrison, Dunlem chairman, said: "We fully understand Rachel's decision to step down, and that her executive career takes priority. We wish her well in her new role and thank her for her contribution to Dunelm."
