In a new poll from market research firm YouGov, 56% of 2,000 consumers reported that they had had an issue with online shopping in the past year. This shows an increase on the results of the poll in 2016 and 2015, which were 53% and 47% respectively. Much of these issues were attributed to late delivery of items on an order or the order failing to arrive at all, however consumers reported much better experiences using click and collect with several noting that they made additional in-store purchases when using the service.
