Decathlon has introduced a test & buy option in 20 branches across France.
Customers can test products that they choose in real conditions, and if they feel they are unsatisfied or the product isn’t suitable, they can return the item within seven days.
In order for this service to work, customers must provide their bank details and hold a Decathlon account.
The company is creating ad-hoc displays for the items that are eligible for this service, and is also introducing more product test areas in stores.
