Debenhams have appointed Rachel Osborne as their new chief financial officer.
She previously held the same role at Domino's Pizza Group. She will take up her new position on 17 September.
Sergio Bucher, chief executive of Debenhams, said: "I am looking forward to working with Rachel. She has deep experience across a variety of retail and customer-facing businesses and her commercial expertise will be invaluable as we build a strong financial foundation to underpin the transformation of Debenhams."
