Activision’s Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy remaster rescued what was set to be a poor month for the games industry as the effects of a poor E3 and news of GAME’s profit warning were set to be evidenced. The game came out as the number one selling game for the month despite only having been on sale for two days, becoming the fastest selling game of the year in the process. In nos small part thanks to the strong performance, Activision Blizzard accounted for 16.5% of all the physical games sold in June resulting in 13% of the revenue.
