Boots could be set to close up to 200 stores over the next 12 to 18 months.
This comes after its parent company, Walgreens Boots Alliance, said last month that it planned to reduce costs as part of a restructuring plan.
According to reports, underperforming stores or those in locations with more that one store will be the ones considered for closure.
