Boots has launched its Boots Advantage Card in a digital format in a push to improve customer experience.

The card will now be part of the Boots App, which will enable customers to check on their points balance, redeem them and also scan to collect new points, all from their phones.

The Boots Card has gained 1.5 million new members in the last 12 months alone, and now has a total of 17.1 million members.

Digitising the card makes it more flexible and available, and gives customers more opportunities to tailor and personalise offers, making their shop even more rewarding.”
