The North West based food and drink retailer, Booths, has seen its Christmas home delivery orders rise by 54% and total orders, including click and collect, which has increased by 11% this year.
Average order values are up 14% with the average basket spend rising to £82.75. For home delivery orders, the average spend has risen to a record £122.

Booths said its “Great Northern Christmas” book has contributed to the appeal of the Booths offering. Bestselling products include easy to cook turkey joints, bread sauce, dressed lobster and ready prepared dauphinoise potatoes. Goose fat sales have climbed by 458%.
