Fashion brand Bonmarche posted like-for-like sales which were up by 0.7% overall in the 14 weeks up until April 1st. This comes after store like-for-likes fell by 0.5% whilst online sales rose by 15.2%, resulting in like-for-like sales for the year decreasing by 3.8%. Despite this, chief executive Helen Connolly noted that when the full year expectations were made, “this was accounted for when we issued the revised profit guidance last September, and therefore the final result for the year is in line with our expectations.”
