The Supply Chain & Logistics Finance team within Fashion, Home & Beauty sits at the beating heart of how we bring our products to life - sourcing, moving and delivering to millions of M&S customers every single day.

With bold ambitions to double our online business and a network transformation already underway, this is an exciting time to join. Finance plays a pivotal role in this journey, partnering closely with operational leaders, turning complex data into clear insight, challenging decisions and helping shape a resilient, future-ready supply chain.

We’re now looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner our Online Fulfilment Operations team, a fast-moving, rapidly evolving area that is critical to unlocking sustainable growth and delivering our long-term strategy.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do
In this high-impact role, you will:

  • Take ownership of the financial performance of online fulfilment, using insight to influence decisions, unlock efficiencies and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Partner closely with operational teams, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive value across the network.
  • Use analytics and commercial judgement to identify risks, opportunities and key performance levers across the end-to-end fulfilment journey.
  • Lead the financial evaluation of strategic initiatives, from building robust business cases to post-investment reviews, providing clear, confident recommendations.
  • Act as a trusted voice of challenge, strengthening financial ownership across the business and building strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders.

Who you are
You’re commercially curious, confident in your thinking, and motivated by making an impact. You’ll bring:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), alongside strong commercial acumen.
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with the drive to make things better.
  • The ability to communicate with real impact, bringing numbers to life through clear storytelling and insight.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience in modelling, budgeting, forecasting and risk assessment.
  • Confidence to challenge, influence and hold stakeholders to account in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Experience partnering with operational or commercial teams, ideally within Retail or FMCG.
