
CE Finance Business Partner (Property)

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT
- You will act as a key finance partner to the Property function, bringing financial insight, challenge, and strategic support to help drive business performance and value creation.
- In this role, you will support decision-making across the full property lifecycle – from new store openings and lease negotiations to investments, cost management, and income performance.
- Acting as the main finance interface for Property, providing insight, challenge, and guidance to leadership
- Driving value through financial analysis and supporting strategic decision-making
- Evaluating investments (new stores, refits, lease renewals) and performing post-investment reviews
- Building and maintaining financial models (NPV, IRR, payback, sensitivities)
- Identifying risks and opportunities, proactively suggesting improvements
- Supporting capital allocation decisions with strong business and financial understanding
- Partnering with stakeholders across functions to ensure delivery of financial targets
- Providing analysis of mall income and property performance, with clear recommendations
- Preparing financial reports, business cases, and materials for senior stakeholders
- Performing ad-hoc analyses and contributing to broader finance initiatives
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 3–5 years of experience in finance business partnering / FP&A / controlling
- Good knowledge of Excel (financial modelling is a strong advantage)
- English at B2 level or higher (daily communication)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with complex data
- Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Confidence to challenge stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with a drive to learn and improve
