Store Manager

A luxury fashion retailer is looking for a store manager to run their store based in Paceville, Malta. They specialize in menswear and womenswear and take pride in producing quality products which has allowed them to develop a loyal customer base.

The role of store manager encourages the candidate to be a proactive leader who ideally has a background working with luxury fashion brands. The chosen candidate will be given a lot of responsibility and needs experience in meeting KPI targets to drive sales and spread brand awareness with the aim to encourage footfall into the store and increase overall commerciality. Customer service is very important in this company meaning the ideal candidate will be somebody who is not afraid to go the extra mile to provide the best customer experience possible.

The ideal candidate will need to be sound commercially and be effective at motivating their team to drive success. Experience in tailoring is also highly beneficial. The company is looking for someone who is personable and impressionable with an understanding on retaining customer loyalty but also analytically strong to review reports and identify areas of improvement.

The role is paying up to €30,000 in addition to a generous discretionary annual bonus.
