A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced head of sales with experience in fashion PR , marketing & event planning to join this luxury RTW retailer. The company is a leading independent British luxury retailer that's admired for its iconic and uniquely British style.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients
- Selling and upselling
- Working to hit sales targets
- Assisting with personal styling
- Helping with any ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Supervising the team
- Opening & closing store
- Event planning
- Organising events
- Implementing marketing strategies to help grow sales and target new and existing markets
- Identifying key dates and locations for pop-up shops
The successful candidate will be sales-driven, commercial, enthusiastic and passionate about the brand and the product.
