Divisional Operations Manager

Reporting to and supported by the Head of Restaurants, the Divisional Operations Manager (DOM) will have full accountability for a cluster of high performing sites within the Restaurant & Kitchens Division.

About the Role

As a Divisional Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving commercial success and operational excellence within our business area. Your role will involve a blend of OB and Concession business models, where your wide scope of commercial understanding will be invaluable. You'll lead the commercial outputs in alignment with budgets and business cases, supporting restaurant management to achieve goals by fostering talent and creating conducive frameworks for success.

The ‘DOM’ will be responsible for all aspects of P&L delivery, the people plan and the restaurant propositions. The role will be a mixture of tactical and strategic delivery with an opportunity both land the current directorate strategy and ‘Shape the Future’ as a key member of the Directorate’s Senior Leadership Team. Utilizing your strategic vision, you'll develop and execute long-term strategic plans to drive revenues, control expenses, and deliver contribution. Your role will also involve influencing key stakeholders to support growth and change initiatives. Additionally, you'll champion operational excellence, ensuring world-class operations across all aspects of restaurant operations.

About You

As a Divisional Operations Manager, you'll leverage your expertise in commercial understanding and strategic planning to drive revenue and profit opportunities within our business area. You'll use your sharp analytical skills to develop robust business cases supporting restaurant site development and analyse sales figures and trends to inform strategic decisions. With your ability to manage and lead high-performing teams, you'll drive the achievement of goals and objectives while monitoring key performance indicators to drive business success.
