CEO

A leading fashion business in Saudi Arabia with an international presence is now looking to appoint a CEO to lead the business in it’s next phase of growth.
This is an integral executive hire, which will be pivotal is shaping the business as it moves forward.

As a CEO you will be responsible for profit and growth, looking at different avenues to grow the business – specifically across ecommerce and digital areas.
You will work with the board of directors, to enhance operational efficiency across the business and improve all commercial metrics. You will move forward with agreed strategy, putting it into measurable action plans.
You will be able constantly review profit and loss, advising the board of directors key areas of growth for the business – including developing new brands.
You will be committed to developing and training the team, responsible for overseeing key hires.

To be successful in this role you will have been a CEO or in an executive management role, and be fluent in both Arabic and English. You will have a commercial background within the retail industry, and understand the shape of digital and ecommerce. You will naturally be a strong leader, able to communicate efficiently and offer guidance to your teams.
