Brand Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Brand Specialist to join our Fine Jewellery team. As a Brand Specialist, you will be providing a truly remarkable experience for every customer. You will work alongside a team of retail experts who are extremely proud to be part of an incredible business.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for providing a first-class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge across a range of Jewellery brands, and building loyal customer relationships.

You will have experience working with fine jewellery and a wide range of product knowledge. You will also be working across a wide range of brands in the department alongside a passionate team.

About You

We are looking for a passionate Brand Specialist to lead the way in building trusting relationships with our clients.

You will also have:

A strong background working with Jewellery.

The ability to maintain strong relationships with Harrods clients.

Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.

Resilience, and adaptability towards your customers, team and environment believing that anything is possible.

A collaborative in nature, thriving as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

A genuine interest and passion for fine jewellery.
