Job Description

•Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and consistency in taste and presentation.

•Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making personalised drink recommendations based on customer preferences and preferences.

•Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes, staying up-to-date with current trends in mixology and beverage industry.

•Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, such as liquor, glassware, and garnishes.

•Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

•Handle cash and process payments accurately, including using our till operating system.

•Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.

•Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, including coordinating with servers and kitchen staff.

•Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to provide a positive experience for all guests.
Qualifications

•Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

•Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.

•Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Secondary school education.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.

•Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

•Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
