Garment Technologist

A new opportunity has arisen for a garment technologist to join this childrenswear supplier on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers and Designers, playing a key role in ensuring all products meet customer and European safety standards.

The Garment Technologist will manage the fit process from initial samples through to production, ensuring all garments meet required standards. They will arrange and lead fit sessions with customers, both virtually and in person, while maintaining accurate records and critical paths.

Working collaboratively with factories, the role requires clear and consistent communication to ensure all technical comments are understood and implemented.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in childrenswear, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing timelines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
