Summary

£31,350** up to £39,600 (pro-rata) per annum | 20 hour contract | 30 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

We're looking for someone to join us every, Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday, with Wednesday as an office day.

Our part time roles gives the option of various shifts. You could work 9.30am - 2pm or 8am-5pm.

Please be aware that this role also includes a requirement to work one Saturday shift every 12 weeks on a rotating basis.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process for key operational roles

  • Post job ads, screen applications, and conduct telephone interviews

  • Use smart sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines

  • Manage applications through SuccessFactors (ATS)

  • Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback

  • Support candidates through offer, contract, and onboarding stages

  • Handle queries around contracts and documentation

  • Create and check employment contracts

  • Ensure all data is accurate and processed on time

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any onboarding issues

  • Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries

  • Support with recruitment reports and performance tracking

  • Working various shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Wednesday as an office day
  • Working one Saturday shift every 12 weeks on a rotating basis

What you'll need

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume or operational roles

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confidence using ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!)

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences

  • Good computer skills, and use of the Google suite would be advantageous
  • Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail

  • Able to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday with Wednesday as an office day and one Saturday shift every 12 weeks on a rotating basis
