Senior UI Designer
Design / Production / Technical
Full Time
About the role Senior UI Designers define the visual quality and interface craft within a significant product area — shaping direction as well as delivering it. You set the standard for what great looks like across visual design, interaction completeness, and system coherence, and ensure that standard holds across everything the team ships. You'll be embedded in a squad working across Loyalty (including Clubcard) and Customer Support, partnering closely with UX Designers, Engineers, Product Managers, Proposition, and Lead Designers evolving the interaction system. You'll also collaborate with the Design System team and designers across connected surfaces including Shopping, Financial Services, and Marketplace. You're deeply hands-on, shaping the interface directly while raising the craft of the designers around you
Every customer interaction with Tesco's digital products passes through the interface. At this scale, the visual and interaction decisions you make are experienced by millions of people every day. Your craft sets the standard others follow — and we'll invest in your continued growth through coaching, community, and exposure to complex product challenges. What is in it for you We’re all about the little helps. That’s why we make sure our Tesco colleague benefits package takes care of you – both in and out of work. Click Here to find out more!
