You will be responsible for - Monitor and analyze Tesco group energy consumption to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing waste.- Support the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and efficiency projects through cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.- Evaluate the success of energy efficiency projects through post-investment reviews and detailed energy analysis.- Contribute to the development of accurate energy budgets and forecasts to support strategic procurement across the Tesco Group.- Establish energy consumption baselines for exception and drift monitoring to drive optimization.- Partner with Regional Energy Managers to enable data-driven decision-making through energy usage analysis.- Ensure timely delivery of all outputs while maintaining high-quality standards.- Communicate proactively with colleagues, leads, managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.- Respond to business requirements with agility and minimal turnaround time.- Adhere to weekly work schedules and actively participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.- Follow performance development plans and pursue agreed growth and training objectives.- Identify operational improvements and apply Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques to drive efficiency.- Complete tasks and transactions within agreed KPIs, ensuring consistency and accountability.- Live the Tesco value: “Treat people how we like to be treated.” You will need
- Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or in related field is preferable.
- 3-5 years of experience in Energy domain and Data analytics.
- Ability to understand problems and translate data into meaningful insights & reports.
- Ability to collaborate and work across processes to achieve shared success.
- Advance in Excel, MS office & SQL
- Strong knowledge on BI tools like Tableau/Python/R-Studio
- Good understanding on data statistics, logical reasoing
- problem solving skills and data story telling
- Knowledge on energy management and efficiency projects, preferably in Retail segment
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication.
