Our Marketing team is looking for a Regional Marketing & Events Manager to lead the creation and delivery of impactful, customer-centric marketing and events strategies that bring H beauty’s in-store experience to life across the UK. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to own the store pillar of the H beauty marketing strategy, driving awareness, consideration and conversion across regional locations. You will lead the development of tailored store campaigns and event programmes, working collaboratively with internal teams and brand partners to deliver best-in-class experiences. Combining creativity with commercial thinking, you will play a pivotal role in both ongoing store performance and future new store launches.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute bespoke regional marketing plans and event calendars for each H beauty location, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of events and store activations, overseeing logistics, budgets, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with brands and internal teams to create innovative activations, weekly event programmes, and large-scale campaigns
  • Analyse campaign and event performance, using insights to optimise future activity and drive measurable results
  • Build strong relationships with store leadership, brand partners and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You

You will be a commercially minded and creative marketing professional with proven experience delivering impactful campaigns and events within a retail or beauty environment. You will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting, confidently juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and execution. You will bring strong leadership capability, influencing stakeholders at all levels and driving alignment across teams to deliver exceptional results. You will also be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable making decisions under pressure and continuously seeking new opportunities to elevate performance.

You must also be:

  • Flexible with travel & occasional weekend work – travel to stores and weekend working will be required due to the nature of the role in order to deliver national campaigns (~6 consecutive weekends each half).
  • Strong background in regional marketing, events management or experiential campaigns within retail or beauty
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex budgets and timelines
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence both internal stakeholders and external brand partners
